Good customer service before purchase, but extremely poor followup, return policy, etc... Use only if you can't get to a real hardware store, East Sacramento Hardware, New Home Building Supply, Hollywood Hardware, etc...
Pros: The ONLY hardware store in midtown...
Cons: The location is the only reason they are still in business.
