Tomorrow will be the fourth time I've used Yellow Cab. I've had them pick me up in Oakland at various addresses and they have always come relatively on time, sometimes early, and have called to let me know they were there. I just called for a 3:45 am cab and that is very early so we shall see how it goes. Usually the drivers are nice but sometimes go the long way to charge more money.
Pros: Never had a problem before....
Cons: Long time to wait for operator
