I have been going to taylor brooks for a while now and have always seen Brooke. Except for my initial visit, I feel as though I am an inconvenience even though I am the one paying top dollar prices. Once she has the color on my hair, I am left to sit, and then a timer goes off to let some one know to check my hair. Some times I sit for quite a while after it has gone off and worry that the color is going burn my scalp. Finally brooke will usually come and check my color, and then send me off with someone else to rinse it out. Also while I enjoy some salon gossip, brooke sometimes shares too much information that makes me feel uncomfortable. While she is out on maternity leave, I am going to be searching for a new salon, and will no longer recommend this salon to friends
