I called for a Taxi at 7am, friendly gentleman had told me that the taxi will be there in 10 min, after 10 min I called and I asked when? said 5 min, and it went on and on... Needless to say I didn't get my taxi until 8am... I assumed by calling local taxi cab company I'll get a better quality service, but oh well, they were another cab company, I'll try another cab company (Sorry Acapulco, I won't be doing any more business with you)
Pros: They pick up the phone, not answering machine
Cons: Very late, 10 min is 1 hour
