David Foster (Contractor's License 926302) aka Foster Projects, Inc. (Contractor's License 723030) was hired to REMODEL our home and he ended up completely demolishing it, leaving the City to deem our project as New Construction...with much higher cost implications. David Foster took us to Aribirtration and WE WON - now he refused to pay. Do NOT use this contractor - EVER!
