Took my boat for seasonal service for $225. They called me a gave a list of things wrong. Powerpack , rectifier,cooling system, leaky trim, and quoted me a price of $4000. I looked up the parts and they come to about $300. So what $3700 for labor. My estimate would be at most 3hours work. thats over a $1000 an hour. He also told me I needed to replace my control cables. Funny thing is I just replaced them 2 days before bringing him the boat.
