Buying insurance is never easy but the office staff explained my coverages, answered all my questions and even set me up on a convenient monthly payment plan for me where my premiums come directly out of my checking account. I have called twice since opening the accounts and I get right to a person each time...no answering machines or voicemails.
Pros: Makes the difficult insurance process easy
