I've been to Polished several times now and every single time the front desk staff greets me with a stuck-up attitude and they seem put out that I didn't make appointments (I always went during the weekday). I have waited over an hour before, even during the week when the place was not busy. I don't recall ever seeing the manager or front desk staff smile or ask how my services were going - they certainly NEVER apologized for my wait and every time I've gone, I've had to wait. Once they suggested I walk around to the various shops while I waited so I did. I came back about 10 minutes later than they suggested and they actually put me BACK at the bottom of the list. I told the lady that I was never coming back b/c I didn't think that was fair and she just looked at me, square in the face. No comment, nothing. So I said ""okay, this is me leaving.."" and I gave her one more moment to make things right and she just stood there. It's too bad that those girls who are in the SERVICE industry don't care about providing good service. I will never go back. Unless of course I saw an ""Under New Management"" sign on the front door.
