If you are buying a pool from Rupert Ortiz, please beware. I did less than a year ago and everything has gone wrong. He also has a second company called Apiscina pools. Why does somebody need two different pool companies? Apiscina pools also has a picture of my pool on it's web page, they didn't build my pool. Makes you wonder.......?
