The waste water pump in my basement was leaking and flooded the basement apartment. Called 2 plumbers before RotoRooter and they could not come out till the next day. RotoRooter came within 3 hours and stayed until 8:45 PM to get the job done. This is the third time I have used Roto Rooter. I have never been disappointed.
