I found out about Uptown Imports through citysearch and all the "great reviews". But my experience was quite the opposite. I brought my car in because the airbag light was on, the power windows weren't working, and the gears were slipping occasionally.
Pros: I got a keychain?
Cons: dishonesty, overpricing, unprofessionalism
