We have had the storage unit for almost 2 years and thing were okay until we stopped renting the storage. Our automated billing paid them an extra month of rent after we have cancelled the service. That was back in early April 2009. When first contacted them and they said that they will mail the check back to us. 1 monthly later no check in the mail. Stopped by the store on a weekend and the manager/person in charge is not there. Left message there and left a few voice mail during the week and still have not heard back from them. Now is mid June 2009.
