Our Sylvan experience has been 100% positive. Courtney loves everyone there and looks forward to her tutoring. They have raised her Algebra grade to a 102% and she has confidence and now loves math because of it. They are also EXTREMELY accommodating as there have been numerous times when I have called in the morning for a same day appointment (Courtney often lets me know right after her Algebra class if she "doesn't get it") and they will always do their very best to fit her in.
