As a co-owner of this particular Massage Envy clinic, I was very dismayed to read the Lois Marshall review and immediately attempted to rectify the situation by calling Ms. Marshall - however, no person by that name was found in our guest data base. Had I been able to locate her I could have determined the therapist she referenced in her review and immediately address the issue with her. The owners of Massage Envy in Tucson strive to create the best possible experience for everyone visiting our clinics. Had we been able to contact Lois Marshall through our data base, we would have made every effort to make up for any negative experience she might have had. Our Tucson clinics have more than 2,100 active members and we provide nearly 3,000 professional massages every month. Our experience tells us that the situation written about in this review is not the norm. We do hope – and encourage – Lois Marshall to contact us through the clinic to discuss the situation and give us an opportunity to resolve her complaint.
