I received a gift certificate for a couples massage that I decided to use for my anniversary. I made numerous phone calls and got a message that the voicemail box was full. I also sent an email to their "customer service" email account - with no answer. Finally determined that they were changing locations. On the first day at the new location, I got through and was told someone would call me back in 15 minutes - nothing. Three hours later, I called and made an appointment for their first available couples massage - 9 days later. Showed up for my appointment today and was told they had no record of my appointment. The manager was out but I was promised a phone call 30 minutes later. I AM STILL WAITING. I feel like this gift certificate is fairly worthless now. What happened to the customer service in a service industry?
So far I would give them no stars for a rating but this option isn't available.
Cons: complete lack of follow up/communication
