I went to his office in Rainier Oregon, for a specific tooth that was hurting. Dr. Pham gave me two root canals on different teeth. I had no idea that this was being done I told them exactly what tooth it was. Now three months later the one tooth he gave me a root canal on is all broke and jagged and pushing into the side of my mouth which is very painful, keep in my mind this one was not even a problem before. Yelled at me when I went back in, complaining of pain same tooth I had went there for to begin with. Please do a dentist board check in Oregon and Washington before going numerous complaints on this dentist.
Cons: VERY BAD WORK!
