Please, if you love your pet, DO NOT take your pet here! I have never left a review before in my life, however, I feel it necessary to speak out in hopes of saving others from the experience that I had. I know now why they do not take you back where your pet stays. I had to be taken back only because the kid working couldn't find my two little dogs. To my horror, I find my dogs cowering scared to death in the corner of their pen. There they sat, shaking from fear and from the cold, urine and feces covered concrete they sat on. Where was their oversized dog bed that I provided you ask? IN THE STORAGE ROOM WITH THE KENNELS I TOOK!! Great place for it!! There was music blaring so loud that you could hear it coming down the road. It managed to drown out the barking of the dogs it was so loud. Dogs ears are sensitive geniuses! Finally, to top it all off, there was NO FOOD OR WATER in the pen with my dogs. They drank two bowls of water when they got home. I had never seen anything like it. H
