I called, made an appointment and asked them how much time I would need for all the areas they listed in the contract when I went there for initial consultation - They said 1.5 hours should be enough. I went there at 4:30 on Friday night, and the spent 40 minutes taking pictures, talking etc and only started the treatment at 5:10 pm. and after they completed only the "front of the legs" at 6 pm, they said they wouldn't be able to continue since they close at 6 pm and that I had taken 2 bathroom breaks and that was not in their schedule, and that a manager would call me to discuss the "next steps".
