I was looking for a number of fixtures for a remodel and made a trip to the Gallery of Lighting. While they had a decent number of fixtures, the employees were less than helpful (and at no point in my browsing was I asked if I needed any help or had questions, which I did) and several of the fixtures I was looking at were priced higher than I had seen at other lighting stores. \r

I also noticed that several ceiling fixtures on display had very obviously broken covers. Since these couldn't be turned on and off by customers unlike at some stores (and these were on), I assume some employee had to note the damage and would have taken the fixture off of display until it was replaced by one that wasn't broken. Given that many of these broken fixtures were over $200 more at this store than nearly identical ones at other lighting stores, it simply gave me a bad taste about the whole store.\r

I won't be returning to this store - instead I'd make the longer drive to other area lighting stores
