These guys promised us a quick repair but went off with our TV for about a month.They also rang back to tell us that they were ordering more and more parts..after they had our large TV already.Basically, it left us with no choice but to agree on the phone.\r
After that followed weekly cancellations to return our TV.\r
We have been really shocked and feel cheated with the service.\r
Everytime we would call the guy from SUN he would say ok, 50 off or something illegible of that sort.\r

Highly unprofessional and we strongly would ask you not to get these guys into your homes.
