I love, love, love the vets at this clinic. They are kind and caring. However, I am continually being charged for things I neither asked for nor received, the vets are often recommending unnecessary (and expensive) procedures, and EVERYTHING is an additional fee. Stay on top of your invoices and ask about any questionable charges and you should be fine.
