The simple fact is that there are so many, many things wrong with Library Gardens that they astronomically outweigh the good, and when you are paying $2200 for a 2-bedroom apartment, that just isn't good enough.Biggest problem? NOISE! The windows in your apartment are made from something close to ceran wrap. To make matters worse because of the courtyard layout everything echoes and is therefore magnified in volume. If your neighbor has a window open across the yard you will be able to hear everything... I mean, literally everything, even if YOUR windows are closed. It's unbelievable. I have lost count of the amount of sleepless nights I have had because of someones TV or stereo or students partying. It's the same in the corridors and halls. Someone chatting on a cell-phone? You'll hear it! Someone having an argument? You'll hear it! And I don't mean just in a distant, background din kind of a way.
