I've gone to this shop for about 2 years mainly because they are convenient and they offer drop of service. But they've ripped me off for almost 5K over those 2 years. they never repair the problem you actually bring your car in for (they find other stuff) and you end up going repeatedly and they charge every time for everything even checks. they don't know how to work on foreign cars (VW, BMWs) so don't bring them there. I have spoken to others in my neighbor that since I?ve been talking about my problems with them and stated they?ve had problems too. If after this warning you still decide to go make sure you ask for an estimate before they do any work, they got me for over $300 because i didn't do this and this was even more maddening because i only bought my car back there for them to recheck some work that the dealership said they didn't do properly.
