Great place to impress out-of-towners for lunch, especially if they come from back East where the weather is always unpredictable and bad. The ocean view is awesome. The cumin crusted Ahi Tuna was good, but the portions seem a little small for the price (would have been nice to nestle it on a salad instead of just a plate). It's obvious they are trying to pay the high rent. But I must say I was greeted with a smile by the attractive Maitre ""D"" in front of my out of town guest, as if she was very glad to see us, and for me that's a plus. Dinner at night is romantic, but once again - pricey.
Pros: The View is awesome. Ample parking on PCH.
Cons: pricey - even for lunch.
