I used Topper's European Floral for my wedding eight years ago and they have been my go to florist ever since. We also use them corporately and ask them to arrange something special for our open house. As beautiful as our new facility is I have to say Topper's creations were definitely the focal point that evening. Topper's European Floral exceeds my expectations every time!
Pros: Perfect works of art for any special occasion
Cons: Not inexpensive but worth every penny!
