The tech was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. The tech was able to remove several stains that we were unable to remove with Rug Doctor steam cleaning (from drinks spilled). There were several small stains that could not be removed, but they were lightened- not sure what these stains were from. \r

It is awesome that there is no drying time. This is a huge benefit in high traffic areas. We will certainly use this company again. We are interested to see the difference in how the carpets hold up to dirt by using this dry cleaning method versus steam cleaning.
