Thank goodness for Custom Smoothie...my life changed when i drank my first Lean & Mean Lite smoothie. In fact just thinking about it makes me wish they were open right now so I could order one. My favorite is a blend of peanut butter, banana,chocolate protein powder, chocolate almond breeze milk, b12 and ice. Not only is this refreshing to drink but it is also extremely filling. It's packed with protein and has hardly any calories--literally 300! I'm tellin' ya go get one it is good! In addition they sell yummy cheesecake that is super duper low fat and quite tasty. Not to miss the best bars ever made called Zing created by a fellow Seattleite. They are vegan, lowfat and no gross fillers--all pure goodness! That's it I'm going 1st thing in the morning....
Pros: healthy, low calorie & delicious
