I took my MINI there to get some coilover suspension installed and must have gotten stuck with a trainee mechanic because he seemed to need instructions from the other mechanics. While driving home, i started to notice a knocking sound every time i applied the brakes and as i was pulling up my street, i noticed the problem, my drivers side front wheel was coming off as it was only on with 3 of the 4 lug nuts. Another half mile and my MINI would have taken a nose dive into the street.
It's now been a year since i had the suspension installed and about 3 months ago i started to notice a new knocking sound, like something is coming loose. I won't be having Steve's look at it, that's for sure.
