Extremely poor customer service and won't get back to you if you are a renter! We are renters in a condo and we received no support for a mountain of snow which hindered our ability to back out of our mandated designated spot. The snow removal staff would pile it in a small turn area behind us. Two months went by when I called to learn if he was going to clear it and he finally checked it out and when I called the office to learn when he would clear it, his secretary reported he said it was not an issue so he wasn't going to address it. Meanwhile I learned that there were several other areas on the complex with the same issue and they were accommodated. It really upset me that we were treated so poorly and had to be inconvienced most of the winter.
