I had a key made, was told after it didnt work that I had to wait for the computer to reset to use it. It didnt work still. I went to the dealer found out it was the wrong key and got one from them. When I called TheKeyGuys back I was informed that the technician was an independent contractor and TheKeyGuys were responsible for nothing. The contractor told me to get even another key made, as a spare or two, It would cost me another service call. According to Hennepin County Courthouse, my only recourse is small claims or reconciliation court.
Cons: $250 wrong key they would not replace or compensate.
