My experience with Beth has been nothing but positive. I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of Reiki, so I was surprised to feel an actual energy working through me within the very first minutes of my initial session. In general, my sessions with Beth have had a profound effect on my mental and physical health. I feel more energetic, less mentally limited or blocked, and a bit more positive. Beth spends a good deal of time with me before and after each session, which always gets me into the right frame of mind.
