Today is our first and last appointment with Immortelle Modeling & Acting. We arrived 5 minutes BEFORE our appointment and found no one to be at their location. The lights were off and door locked. When contacting a representative from this company, she claimed they forgot my appointment even though I confirmed it earlier in the day.
