What a disappointment .\r
The glassware sitting on all of the tables was dull and streaked, and two glasses on our table had lipstick on them\r
The waiter was not knowledgeable, and how sad it was to hear him answering questions from a nearby table. Obviously because of the uniqueness of the name UUBU6 and the location in the historic Southside, it would be natural for someone to ask about the restaurant history. So when one of the patrons asked the server about what the building used to be, he said, ""I don't know, I don't live here.""\r
I ordered a glass of white wine that came to me in a dirty glass and it was warm. Next one came in a clean glass, not cold, but colder than the first. \r
The menu was lackluster. \r
The waiter did not offer dessert or coffee, so we asked for coffee and then asked if there was dessert. He rattled off a few options in a manner more like he was hoping we didn't order, as after he was finished, he said ""that is all we have"". So even though we were looking for something as we were celebrating a birthday (something I mentioned when I set the reservations) we passed.\r

This could be a great venue, a potentially unique opportunity to have a very different resturaunt experience, but with all the competition in Pittsburgh for food dollars, this experience will keep us from returning. \r
