You must be a member of the Fishing Club to walk to the lake's edge it seems, as there is a rusty chain link fence all the way around this lovely reservoir inside New Circle. So sad... Just wanted to have a picnic on the edge and feed the ducks. Guess we'll go to Jacobson Park.
