After they had my shoe for nearly two weeks (for a really small repair) I called to learn if it was ready. The guy said he was too busy to even look, and refused to call me back before he left for the day--said he was too busy. Next day, I called and a different guy said he was really busy and would I please call back. Eventually he looked, and told me my shoe was ready. Next day, I go to pick it up and the front door is locked at 2 in the afternoon on a weekday--no note, no indication of when they might unlock the door. I could see someone in the back, but he pretended not to notice me knocking at the locked door. A few minutes later an employee comes through the locked front door. He couldn't find my shoe and told me to go look on his shelf until I found it. Everyone I dealt with had hostile, sarcastic attitudes. These folks are clearly overwhelmed and they don't need your business or mine. Cons: Disorganized, hostile service more
