On average I spend 20/week with them for over 2 years. They torn a sweater and ripped a shirt on the sleeve and have returned shirts with some type of spot all over them. I understand you sacrifice somethings when paying less but they always claimed we didn't do this. The sleeve was not attached to the shirt. Would have been notice when I turned the shirt in or during the pressing cycle. Would and will never return and have told family and friends the same thing.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Never know what you are going to get back.
