I came in on a Saturday afternoon and Scott was not available for another hour plus. . . so I made an appointment an hour and a half from the time I went in. The two girls at the counter that I encountered were very pleasant and Scott is very quiet but all you have to do is ask a question and he will answer it. Overall a great experience for my first piercing(s) (8 gauge plugs). I plan on coming back for my conch no doubt.
Pros: close to home, piercer is to the point (literally)
