The owner and staff are arrogant. I would argue the point that the staff know their weapons. Some of them do. They will not help a novice, but will gladly belittle them. Their customer service is non existent. I watched them tell a Denver customer to come back tomorrow because his background check wouldn't be completed until about 7:10 and they closed at 7:00. They will not place special orders. They appear to place orders from a particular manufacturer and then wait until that order is depleted until ordering again. Consequently, they are often out of popular items and sizes by any given vendor. In many cases, they will not sell the last item out of the cabinet - but cannot tell you when they will have more to sell either. Don't assume that because you see it there, that you can buy it (accessories, not firearms). Sources tell me that law enforcement shops there because they get a better deal than the average person walking in off the street. They want to save money too! That said, if you know exactly what you want, and they have it in stock, and you can put up with the staff, the price is reasonable. For whatever reason, volume I suppose, they are often able to obtain stock that smaller shops can't. Enter at your own risk.
Pros: They have a lot of stuff in stock
Cons: See the details
