The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the place reeked of bleach. It burned my nose. The receptionist was distracted and a little short with me. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my appointment and when I FINALLY got to see the doctor, he rushed me through and talked to me in a rather rude way when I questioned him on some things. No very compassionate or caring in any way. When I went to order my glasses, one lady was busy talking to a co-worker and writing and totally ignored me for almost 15 minutes. Then she walked away. I sat for another 10 minutes and when I still didn't get any service, I left. They never even gave me a copy of my perscription. Very rude and unprofessional. Some lady even came out and was repremanding an employee in front of customers. I've never been to such an unprofessional place in my life and I will never go back.

Cons: too rushed and impersonal
