I had to get my carpets cleaned in my rental and had dog urine in the entire house from the previous renters. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet it was so bad. I called Grime Scene and they told me they could get it all out and make the carpets smell fresh and look like new again. So I gave it a try and when they were done my carpets looked new and the place smelled wonderful. They even informed me that the carpets could wick and they would come back to fix it if that happened. I did not have one stain left behind from all the urine. I will use them again and again as I can count on them and their service. Thank you for making a terrible situation out to be a wonderful experience.
