I was not impressed - I tried Lynn twice and each time I was very disappointed. I asked for color with highlights and I turned into a 'bleached freak' - I returned within the week to have her 'fix' - not much better but I was going out of town. I let it grow out and returned asking to 'just cover the gray' - again she 'foiled' and much to my dismay again I turned into a 'bleached freak' - I asked right then and there (4 hours later) to fix - she put a toner on but now the color is 4 different shades and I don't know where to go to get it fix. I don't want to return and spend another $150 and 4-6 hours sitting waiting for somebody to figure out what they are suppose to do. And, the cut/style sucked - I don't think she knows what a 'style' is - anyway sorry for blabbing - just very disappointed and BROKE!
