I walked into the shop and there was someone behind the main desk area. She saw me come did not say hello and walked eight past me to address someone else. I stood there for about five minutes hoping someone would notice a new potential customer was in the store. I decided to walk around and browse through the dresses. I saw at least three employees assisting others and no one even tried to say hello. About 20 minutes later I walk back to the front and someone else is up there, she did look busy, but again does not acknowledge my presence. I have never seen anything like it. You would think they would at least let you know that someone will be with you shortly or at least say 'HELLO"". I have been to a few other bridal shops and have never felt like I was not welcomed. I would recommend going somewhere that you know you will be greeted like a human. I don't expect a Disney greeting just some acknowledgement. Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere.
