I agree with most everything that has been said so far. I actually worked there about 4 years ago and it was pretty much the same then. I can promise however, that even though the main dining room is messy, they are super strict about cleanliness in the BOH. I actually baked the bagels myself, and everything was as clean as can be, not to mention the bagels go through like a 500 degree oven. Even the prep stations are clean, thank goodness its Kosher or that might not be the case. I pretty much love EVERYTHING on the menu, and its ALL made from scratch! My favs: Plain Bagel un toasted with salmon CC, the Hot Emerald Sandwich, the Tomato Havarti melt and ANY SOUP!
