I purchased a lawnmower with a hitch attachment and a landscape rake for the lawnmower. The rake came in and was missing 6 pieces. It took them 4 weeks to get those in. Once I got them in, I tried to attached the hitch which is required to use the rake. It was not working so I called parts and service only to learn my lawnmower does not have a hitch attachment compatable to use. So basicly they sold me $600.00 of useless equipment all purchased on the SAME DAY!!!!! Now I will go try to get my money back tomorrow. How do you think that will go? Any takers?
