My family used this mortuary instead of our regular mortician because the deceased person wanted the horse/carriage, The arrangements went okay but the person who were making them seemed out of sync, kept leaving the room and returning.. it took use from 10 am -12:30 to make arrangements . te other disappointment was te loud alley owner who was hollering and curing one of the employess. out of sync. The day of the viewing we were not pleased on how the person looked our regular mortican could have done better job. When asked what can be done the employee said we will take her to the back and do our best. no way she still look awful we had to have a closed cakset after spending over 8 grand . more
