Each manager, who most seem to have limited education at best, are over burdened with properties -- they manage 11 or 12 each, they have NO support staff, they have one burned out construction manager who is supposed to oversee the all 130 plus properties they manage, and they are operated by one of the most ineffective motivators of staff--Collins Oakley
Pros: They seem to be accurate when it comes to accounting.
Cons: Everything other than accounting!
