WORST pool contractor EVER! This is my FOURTH season that my pool has opened. So far I have replaced the pump to my waterfall, two motherboards, had all electrical work redone to the waterfall, replace the entire heater and an entirely new motor replaced. Again, I have had this for FOUR years only! We have spent close to $10,000 in repairs on a BRAND NEW pool. Reardon washed their hands clean of the situation the minute my one year warranty expired. Problem is, when it comes to warranties there is no black/white. In an obvious case of shotty work & equipment from the initial build they should be held liable. My understanding is there is a class action lawsu*t pending against Reardon from past customers....I will be jumping on that one! STAY FAR AWAY from Reardon, there are so many others out there. Don't let them suc* you in with their sales pitch and words. Because they are ONLY words! They stand behind NOTHING!
Pros: aestetics of pool are okay
Cons: overpriced, shotty equipment, horrible service & follow up
