The Lincoln Square Paddy Coynes was mostly empty when I walked in and sat at the bar. The bartender studiously ignored me for at least five minutes. When he finally ackowledged my existence, he acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my order. Normally I wouldn't use the words ""stuffy"" and ""Irish pub"" in the same sentence, but in this case I have to make an exception. I guess that's what happens when you put a pub in Lincoln Square.
Pros: decent scotch selection, Boddingtons on tap
Cons: unfriendly bartender, bad service
