My wife and I recently tried to eat at Marcello?s on a Friday night. It was very busy (which we expected), however we did not expect the unacceptable service that we received. We waited about 20 mins and then asked if we had a waiter. Then we waited another 10 mins to get our drinks, and then finally ordered. To our dismay however, the soup took another 10 mins to even be brought out. In total we waited over 50 mins and only got water, our soup never even came.
