I went in a week before I moved into our new house to put down our deposit and pay their connection fee. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude, not to mention her chest was falling out of her shirt. But I made the payment and she told me the water was already on, we were good to go. A few days after we moved in, and the water had been on, I come home to a letter on the door that they removed my meter and the water was shut off. After calling the after hours answering service 4 times and waiting 2 hours,I finally received a call back from the on-call technician. He was extremely rude and suggested that maybe my check bounced and that was why my water was off. He at first told me that this was a billing issue and there was nothing he could do. My husband got on the phone with these idiots and made sure they came and turned the water back on that day. It was 10 at night before we had our water back on. These people obviously don't know what they are doing and it sux because they are the only water company in the area.
